Terms and Conditions

Order Policy
There is no minimum order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be confirmed by email. Free shipping policy applies to Canada only and is subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Method
All orders are pre-paid only. We accept credit cards, company cheque, certified cheque or cash at local pickup (arrange by appointment only). New accounts are strictly pre-paid only. Terms and credit may be set up for accounts with established credit and upon approval.

Order Processing
Upon receipt of orders, our customer representatives will contact customers to validate the orders. Orders will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt of order during our business hours. All in-stock items will be shipped from our warehouse.

We will confirm the shipping charge with customers prior to sending out the order. International orders: customers may be subject to pay customs fees and/or duty upon receipt of the shipment.

Product Availability
 If product is out of stock and cannot be shipped on scheduled ship out date, we will email you (within 24 hour in regular business day) regarding order status, ETA or estimate ship out date. When product ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped in 3 business days, customers may choose to back order (with ETA provided) or cancel the transaction.
 
  Compatibility
 We do not guarantee products compatibility with your existing system. Although most parts are compatible with most major PC systems, conflicts between different components can occur. To reduce risk of getting incompatible parts, check products info from manufacturer's website for compatibility issue. No refund will be made for compatibility issues.

Claims and Returns
We want our customers to be completely happy with their orders. We take pride in selecting great quality products, and we inspect our products thoroughly and pack them with care to ensure our customers receive their orders safe and intact.

For all ITXCanada Certified Systems will have 1 year hardware limited warranty.
For component parts and barebones will have manufacturer end-user warranty.

Should there be any discrepancies or damages when customers receive the shipment, please report to us within seven (7) days of receipt of the order. No claims will be accepted after seven (7) days, therefore it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct stock has been received and is in good order.

Returns/Exchanges must be authorized by our RMA department and we will advise customers of the procedures for inspection, credit and return shipping. Credit for the claims made to customer's account will be issued once it is verified and confirmed . Merchandise returned without authorization number will be refused and returned at shipper's expenses. Returns/Exchanges are subject up to 25% re-stocking fee and shipping charges.
